This project describes my found love for the relationship between clothes and their wearer, for the renewal and found beauty in garments that were well worn, I believe they tell a story of their own. After reading a text titled In Praise of Shadows by Jun’ Jun'ichiro Tanizaki, my research turned to Japanese indigo, Edo period farmers, their uniforms, aswell as wabi sabi philosophy. This collection physically displays my relationship with this way of being, as it catapulted me into the love I have for fashion.
